Long-Term Substitute Teacher Opportunities – Elementary (3 Positions)
Hawley Public Schools is seeking qualified candidates for three Long-Term Substitute Teacher positions at the elementary level beginning in Fall 2026. Positions will begin August 24th , with estimated end dates ranging from October through November 2026.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting student learning, building positive relationships, and maintaining a high-quality educational experience for our students.
Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota teaching license aligned to the assignment or

Eligibility for a Minnesota long-term substitute assignment through the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families

Successful completion of required background checks
