I am a 1982 graduate of Blaine High School in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. In 1986 I earned my BA from St.Olaf College. My licensure areas include Social Studies, Physical Education, and Coaching. In 2003, I earned my Master of Education Degree from North Dakota State University. I have taught at Hawley High School since 1994. My previous places of employment include Waubun High School (1987-1991), Blaine High School (my alma mater, from 1991-1994), and North Dakota State University (2005-2008), where I served as an adjunct professor. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife Julie, and our two boys George and Ted. I also like to travel, and have spent time in several European countries as well as Australia. The classes which I teach at Hawley High School include 7th grade American History and 8th grade World Geography. I also serve as an advisor for the National Honor Society. |
