I grew up in Greenbush MN where I went to BGMR High School. I was involved in many activities while I was there. I was in football, basketball, baseball, as well as band, choir, drama, knowledge bowl, and NHS. I graduated in 2010. I went to the University of Minnesota-Morris in Morris MN for college. There I majored in Mathematics and Secondary Education. I also have a certificate for coaching. While I was there I played on the football team for three years and was in Concert Choir for three years as well. This is my sixth year teaching math at Hawley High School. My goal for all of my students is to show them the usefulness and applicability of mathematics as well as showing them that it is nothing to be intimidated. It is something to have fun with and enjoy. I am very excited to continue my teaching career with the great students of Hawley High School. Go NUGGETS!!! |
